Welcome to Aphrodite Skin Care’s Shipping Policy. This policy outlines the shipping practices and procedures for all orders placed through our website.

Shipping Methods

We strive to offer reliable and efficient shipping methods to ensure your order arrives in a timely manner. We use the following carriers:

  • USPS Ground Select: Standard shipping for most orders.
  • USPS Priority Mail: Available as an upgrade for faster delivery.
  • UPS Ground: Used for large, heavy, or bulky items.
  • FedEx: Primarily used for some of our wholesale orders.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Deliver Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight and size of your order and the selected shipping method.

  • USPS Ground Select: 3-7 business days
  • USPS Priority Mail: 2-3 business days
  • UPS Ground: 2-5 business days
  • FedEx: 2-7 business days (depending on the service selected)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier’s delivery schedule and external factors such as weather conditions.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping within the USA for orders over $50. For orders shipped to Canada, we offer free shipping for orders over $75.

Every month, we offer a Free Shipping promotion that runs from Friday at noon until midnight on the following Monday. Join our mailing list to be notified about our Free Shipping weekends.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Aphrodite Skin Care is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Aphrodite Skin Care is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently ship to the USA and Canada. For international orders outside these regions, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
