Products and Services

We sell natural bath products and natural cosmetics. We specialize in natural sea sponges, loofah, sisal/ramie/cambric bath products as well as carry the line of Aphrodite and Apollon Skin care products that we import from the Island of Crete (Greece).

Order Process

  • Payment Methods: We accept payments through PayPal, Stripe, and checks. To send a check, on the checkout page select ‘payment by check’ and it will create a placeholder order which will be fulfilled once the check has been received and processed.
  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed.
  • Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a cancellation.

Shipping and Delivery

We do not share your personal inform

  • Shipping Methods: We use ShipStation and ship most orders via USPS Ground Advantage (formerly First Class Parcel Post), Priority Mail is an upgrade, UPS Ground for large, heavy or bulky items. We also use FedEx for some of our wholesale orders.
  • Delivery Times: Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and your location. We have options for USPS and UPS shipping, plus 1-2 days for processing the order.
  • Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight and size of your order. For orders over $50, regular shipping is free within the USA, and for orders over $75, regular shipping is free to Canada.

Returns and Refunds

  • Return Policy: If it is a defective product, we either allow the customer to keep the item and we send a free replacement. If the item is not as expected or ordered wrong, the customer is responsible for paying to ship it back for a refund or exchange.
  • Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 1-3 days after receiving the return.
  • Return Shipping Responsibilities: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

User Accounts

  • Users can create an account to track their past orders. We do not store credit card information, only name, address, phone number, and email. We also offer social login options that allow users to leverage Facebook, Google, PayPal, Amazon, and Twitter to log in to the website to speed up the purchase process.

SeaSationals is a registered trademark, and our logo is a yellow rubber ducky, though not trademarked.
